Sable Lodge has a selection of Barrel-Aged cocktails which have spent a minimum of 60 days in oak barrels, allowing them to mellow and mature, providing a unique drinking experience. Please note, our selection of Barrel-Aged Cocktails change every few months.

A former hotelier and restauranteur, he combines his vast knowledge of cuisine with his passion for wine, which has earned him countless accolades and an induction into the prestigious L’Ordre Des Coteaux De Champagne of France.
