  • Hand made warthog sausages and smoked bacon, free range eggs in any style
  • House smoked salmon on toasted ciabatta topped with a poached egg, arugula and capers
  • Fresh grilled braai bread topped with thin seared Eland steak, tomato, lettuce, onion and chili crunch
  • Brioche French toast with maple syrup and poached pears

HOR D’OEUVRES MENU SAMPLE

  • Mini Eland fillet mignon topped with frits, chopped arugula and truffle oil
  • Eland tartare with chili, coriander and smoked salt on a crispy rice cake
  • Wildebeest hot dogs with sweet and smoky mustard, pickled cabbage and house made potato buns
  • Spicy warthog larb with peanuts, fresh mint, coriander and lime served in crisp lettuce cups

ENTREE MENU SAMPLES

  • Braai- house made boerewors, Karoo lamb or springbok chops, venison steaks served with a selection of fresh salads and roosterkoek
  • Wild goose confit served with sugar beans, slow baked with smoky warthog shank, sautéed cabbage with crushed Karoo walnuts and garlic green beans
  • Mozambique piri piri prawns on coconut rice with stir fried sugar peas and crisp garlic
  • Springbok leg slow braised in a pinotage reduction served with a herb creamed potato and asparagus

DESSERT MENU SAMPLE

  • Pears roasted in fresh bay leaves, lemon and grappa with a ricotta cream
  • Macerated local crushed raspberries with vanilla panna cotta and a Karoo walnut wafer
  • Koeksisters served with a cardamom, cinnamon and ginger syrup and fresh strawberries
  • Local ricotta and honey cheesecake with a lemon syrup and confit lemon
